Hi my name is Carl Holyland H.O.F. I have been doing Lau Gar Kung Fu for 25 years now and I have two clubs running one in Syston at St. Peter’s & at Paul’s church hall on a Thursday night 7.00-9.00pm and one in Oadby at Walter Charles Center on a Sunday morning at 9.30-11.30 in Leicestershire. I enjoy doing Kung Fu and I train every week and I enjoy teaching people what I have learnt over the last 25 years of training . Programs & Class Schedule
Hi my classes are for kids over the age of 5 years old they are for two hours we do one hour and half doing kicks and walks and sets and pad work. Then we do half a hour of cv work like circuit training. And when people get high up then they will get to do weapons aswell.
