Masamune Dojo was established in 1980 to provide a training facility in the West Midlands for Iaido and Jodo. Almost hidden in a large natural garden, the dogo is based on traditional Japanese wooden architecture.
Fay Goodman is a National Coach being 7th Dan (Nanadan) Kyoshi in Iaido and 6th Dan (Rokudan) in Jodo. She regularly visits other countries to teach at international seminars acting as referee and judge when required. Fay is the author of several books on martial arts including ‘The Ultimate Book of Martial Arts’.
Fay is very passionate about sharing her martial arts teachings and philosophies forming her own combination self defence system Shinto Ryu. Masamune Dojo website is: www.masamune.co.uk.
