We are a traditional Japanese Shotokan Karate School, our senior instructors have trained for many years under the instruction of the late Sensei Enoeda 9th Dan, all our instructors are fully insured and are CRB cleared.
Since starting we have had 50% of our students double grade on their Kyu gradings. We are part of Shotokan Karate England and carry out 3 monthly grading sessions and various courses throughout the year.
We are a small friendly club and teach all grades and ages from 8+, we do consider taking on younger students but they must be accompanied by an adult during the beginners lesson, which is free for the first lesson.
Everyone is welcome to come and join us.
We also now provide a self defence course for those who do not wish to undertake the karate training, please refer to our website for more information and updates.

Programs & Class Schedule
Our classes start at 10.00-11.00 on Saturday mornings, for beginners and higher grades. Ages are from 8+.
11.00-12.00 is for self defence.
We also train on a Wednesday evening in the infant school from 18.30-19.30 for all grades.
