Form and mind is a kung fu club in winchester. Our instructors have been training in hsing yi chuan for over twelve years and have previous backgrounds in kickboxing and various kung fu styles. Our approach to xing yi training is not to be bound by stylistic constraints but to have an honest and anyaltical approach to the principles of xing yi chuan. We focus on what makes this internal martial art a powerful and practical system for self defence as well as a meditative system for self development though standing meditation and breathing exercises. We practice unarmed kung fu forms, weapon forms, strength and fitness exercises, padwork and self defence applications in a non formal and encouraging environment.
