We are a traditional Martial Arts School, who specialise in Meibukan Goju Ryu. Our instructors have over 30 years experience in the art and have all been graded by genuine Okinawan Masters.
The training is no frills, and whilst the focus is traditional karate we aim to make our training as life like as possible, emphasising self defence techniques.
We’ll take you through the basics such as kicking, punching, blocking and Kata (patterns). As well as how to do restraints, disengagement’s and counter attacks.
All our instructors are volunteers and continue to develop to make the club friendly, sociable and an environment where everyone can learn and enjoy.

Programs & Class Schedule
Training is Thursday evenings between 7 pm and 9 pm.
Classes are currently for adults only aged 18 and above.
There are no contracts, no direct debits, you simply pay as you train.
