Aikido is great fun to practise and is great for relaxation as no strength is required. We use spiral movements to redirect the attackers energy. Aikido techniques work against may attacks including weapons attacks and multiple attackers. It teaches awareness, co-ordination, self defence and is great for keeping fit.
We are Paula and Gary McMaster, both 3rd Dan Aikido instructors. Our training is Traditional Aikido and as well as 14 yr members of the Luton Aikido Club we have been taught by Steven Segal’s top student, Sensei Elliott Freeman of Three Rivers Aikido Dojo in Missouri.
Aikido is for everyone. Come and try it for free.
