we are a club which was established in the year 2000.
We offer BJJ, Grappling, wrestling and MMA.
Our instructors have over 20 years experience in all of the above.
We are a competitive club where you can fight in all aspects of the sport or you can just train for fitness and keeping active and healthy.
We have created British champions in BJJ, Grappling and MMA.
Classes are suitable for all levels. We also offer Kids classes for 10 yrs and over.
