Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu, most commonly associated with the Ninja Warriors of Japan, is the art of escape & self-protection. Our dojo teaches effective, real-world techniques that adapt the traditions of an unbroken lineage of ancient warriors, to the demands of the modern world. We are affiliated with the Bujinkan international martial arts organization headed by Dr. Masaaki Hatsumi in Noda City, Japan. Our dojo is lead by a qualified instructor licensed by the Bujinkan.
Budo Toronto provides an adaptive training program, taught in a safe & friendly, non-competitive environment. The fundamentals course is structured & complete while maintaining flexibility in it’s scalable approach. Participants will develop the ability to leap, roll, & fall safely; to strike, & kick efficiently; to apply basic joint locks, & more. This content is easy to digest for beginners, yet offers enough depth to require constant refinement from not only intermediate but even advanced practitioners.
