Today, it is widely acknowledged as the number 1 self defence system in the world. Krav Maga teaches you to defend against knife and stick attacks, multiple attackers, gun threats, abductions, rape and much more.
Carpe Diem Krav Maga is an IKMF school serving London and the south east of England. Our instructors are specialised in teaching civilian and junior Krav Maga along with the Stay Away curriculum for women only self defence.
