We teach classes for children and ladies-only in traditional ITF style taekwon-do.
Richard Moore (IV Dan) has practised taekwon-do for 15 years and is a fully insured, DBS certified instructor. He has competed at national and international level and is chief instructor of De Silva Taekwon-do Academies, Colchester.
Mr Moore also teaches at local primary schools where he provides after school classes for the children and has separate lessons for the ladies-only audience.

‘Fight Like a Girl’, Ladies only (aged 14 yrs+):
Tuesdays: 10.00am – 11.00am
Adults class (aged 14 yrs+):
Thursdays: 6.00pm – 7.00pm
