Founder & Fight consultant Andy Norman has been involved in Hollywood film industry such as Batman begins, Jack Reacher, Mission Impossible 1 2 & 3 and more! Defence Lab is also been recognised for introducing this system to UK & European Police organisations.

It has awesome cardio workout, loads of smashing involve, you don’t need to be flexible or fit to join in. We specialise in how to protect yourself and your love ones against multiple attackers, while increasing your fitness levels through the roof!👆🏻💪🏻

By nature, this is a very friendly environment, very welcoming and more importantly, tremendous loads of fun while learning this awesome reality street self defence system.

We also do anti-bullying Kidz program called STREET SMART. They will develop new skills, learn new challenges and have loads of fun while learning self defence and building confidence.
