Established Norfolk 1975 officially, Tiandidao is one of only two genuine Chinese Arts Schools in the region; the other is Buddhist based, we are Taoist based. Taoist “Daoist” Kung Fu uses whole body power and training is generally more internally focussed; that means not relying on muscles alone. The syllabus is the most holistic around, rarely found even inside China. The main aim is on lasting health and fitness, but well proven self-defence comes as a natural bonus. This is a small, non-profit community group.
