At Hulutang, we are committed to passing on and preserving some of China’s greatest treasures. In our ongoing weekly adult and kids Kung Fu Classes, we offer the opportunity to train and learn Bai Yufeng Five Ancestor Fist (Wuzuquan) Kung Fu, which is a unique style of Southern Chinese Kung Fu created in the Song Dynasty.
Classes are disciplined and we focus on the traditional training methods. We don’t re-interpret the old ways with a modern slant. We stick to the way the arts were handed down. The exercises are very specific to Wuzuquan and there is no cross training here. Emphasis is on creating energy and being able to apply it.
