Jado Kuin Do is a modern day, practical art of self-defence, created by Master Jake D. Ogden MscD, Cert.Ed, IBOB and is recognised by the Martial Arts Guild.
After more than 25 years of martial arts training, 15 years of martial arts teaching and over 15 years lecturing in sports science throughout the UK, Europe and the USA, Master Jake Ogden has established his own innovative art-form using scientific, well researched training concepts. Jado Kuin Do personifies wisdom, skill, strength (body and mind), discipline and most of all is not dependant on strength and size.
Jado Kuin Do is the perfect martial art to learn for everyday life and health as well as for tournaments and combative/ confrontational situations. It will open the door to high quality values and a never ending circle of learning and self-discovery. Most people notice a dramatic improvement in self-confidence, weight loss, energy and vitality, along with a renewed outlook on life.
All Jado Kuin Do techniques are practical and have been used, tried and tested and proven to be effective in the street and in competition. There is emphasis placed on confidence, discipline, physical and mental strength, coordination and balance. Jado Kuin Do is a very practical martial art that benefits everybody who studies it.
