Interested in trying Judo?
Here is you opportunity to try out this Olympic sport free of charge!
You will learn about the origins of Judo, Judo etiquette, fitness training for Judo, basic Judo techniques and all about Judo competitions and events.
You will be guided through by experienced coaches who have a great deal of knowledge and experience both coaching and in competitive Judo.
All you need to bring is yourself and some water.
Please wear loose clothing and ideally tracksuit bottoms.
We have a number of Judo jackets which will be available for you for the evening free of charge.

Training Times:-
Juniors aged 5 – 8 yrs Thursday 6.30 pm until 7.30 pm
Juniors aged 8 – 16 yrs Thursday 6.30 pm until 7.30 pm
Seniors aged 14+ Thursday 7.45 pm Til 9.00 pm
