Choy Lee Fut Kung fu combines the powerful arm and hand techniques from the Southern Shaolin animal forms, merged with the extended, circular movements, and agile footwork from the Northern styles.
It combines many soft and hard hand and food techniques, including a wide range of long and short weapons. Choy Lee Fut is also an effective self-defense system, useful for defense against multiple attackers. It contains a wide variety of techniques, including long and short range punches, kicks, sweeps and take downs, pressure point attacks, joint locks, and grappling. It is a well-rounded style of kung fu.
Instructors are sifu Amy Pon and sifu Matthew Wing.

Programs & Class Schedule
Classes are Mondays and Wednesdays, from 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
Workouts generally start with stretching and warm ups, then focuses on speed training practice progressing to various hand and weapon forms. Everyone works at their own pace. All levels are welcome–from the beginner to the advanced.
Drop-ins are welcome at $7.00/per session
Children/Youths $5.00/per session (Children’s classes end at 7:30 pm)
