Fully licenced with the International Krav Maga Federation (IKMF) our instructors are all Israeli trained and have a reputation for consistently producing high standards. We constantly update our qualifications, techniques and training methods with the IKMF Global Instructor Team, both in Israel and here in the UK.
Our primary focus is your safety. We pride ourselves on teaching proven self-defence skills that are effective and practical to raise your awareness and as a result, increase your ability to read dangerous situations so you can respond accordingly. Through regular classes you will also gain an improved level of fitness and confidence as well.
Our Program covers and teaches Krav Maga as close to its original inception as it is outside of Israel.
How would you deal with being choked from behind, grabbed or attacked with a knife or stick? Through Krav Maga you’ll learn how to cope with these kinds of situations.
