A friendly and professional Shaolin Kung Fu school. We teach a variety of skills here such as Northern and Southern Shaolin Kung Fu, Sanda and Sanshou. Classes also include weapons and joint locks and breathing techniques, qi gong and wu shu.
Teacher has over 18 years experience in the martial arts. We have also worked and taught fight choreography for Warner Brothers and last worked on Justice League and King Arthur.
Everyone welcome and all skills and ages.
