The United Kingdom Shorinji Kempo Federation is part of the World Shorinji Kempo Organisation with headquarters in Tadotsu Japan.
We teach traditional Shorinji Kempo which mixes punching and kicking styles with throws, locks and pressure point techniques.
In addition we practice meditation as part of our regular classes.
Shorinji Kempo is an ideal martial art for beginners as no matter where you train in the UK or across the world you will be working on the same syllabus that is maintained in Japan.

Training is available in London weekly for adults as follows:
Monday evenings at North Acton Pavilion, Eastfields Road, W3 0AD from 19:30 to 21:30
Wednesday evenings at 52 Club, Gower Street, WC1E 6EB from 19:00 to 20:30
Friday evenings at Church of the Acsension, Avenue Road Wembley, HA9 9QL 21:00 to 23:00
