A very effective traditional Shaolin Kung Fu style based on 5 Animals – Tiger, Dragon, Snake, White Crane and Leopard. The class is friendly, anyone coming to train will be greeted with a warm welcome. We are suitable for all, it doesn’t matter if you have any martial arts experience or not, it doesn’t matter what your fitness is – that’s what we are there for- to help you learn and improve. We also do a lot of traditional weapons training when you are ready. The training is varied each week, no two lessons are ever the same but after every lesson you will have either learned a new skill or improved an existing one. The lessons are enjoyable, the students are fun to train with, come along and give it a try.

Programs & Class Schedule
Training is done on a Saturday Morning, the class is split into two lessons, the first lesson starts at 9:00 am, this is specifically for senior students and high grades. The second lesson starting at 10:00 am is a mixed class for our younger students and seniors, this runs until 11:00 am. The last half hour – 11:00 am – 11:30 is spent doing weapons training. The class is friendly and is made up from a range of mixed ability students. The lessons vary each week, students receive group and individual attention / instruction. The Instructor is WAKO registered, fully insured and a qualified first aider.
