Whether you are interested in Karate & the martial arts as a way of life, of getting or staying fit, for sport, to improve self protection or just for a challenge we would like to give you the chance to achieve your goals & invite you to join us at Zanshin-Kai. We welcome all beginners from five years upwards, and those with previous experience who wish to return to karate.
The Club is run by Sensei Dave Noble 5th Dan, a certified Introductory Instructor in Bunkai Jutsu & Applied Karate with Sensei Iain Abernethy 6th Dan and the karate we teach is practical applied karate which covers striking (punching/elbows/knees & kicking) throws & takedowns, ground fighting and the use of impact equipment.
Our senior instructors are fully insured, first aid trained and have been through an enhanced disclosure with the Criminal Records Bureau and been cleared to work with children and vulnerable adults.

Thursdays:
6.00 pm – 7.00 pm Red Dragons (Cadets) Minimum age 5 years upwards
7.00 pm – 8.00 pm Adults & Juniors Minimum 9 years upwards
Sunday:
4.00 pm – 6.00 pm Adults & Juniors Minimum 9 years upwards
