Fángyù shou kung fu is a traditional Chinese soft or internal style of kung fu that is a flowing spontaneous martial art that uses the attackers, speed, force, aggression and balance against themselves.
Tai chi chuan is a form of moving meditation that uses breathing and relaxed movement to calm the mind, promoting chi and blood flow through the body helping to improve health and develop martial arts skill.
