ITF Taekwon-Do taught by a 5th Dan International Instructor – available for 1-1 sessions, small group seminars or whole classes – sessions will be taught on request – great for pre-grading preparation etc.
Self defence and personal awareness – using a simple to learn yet highly effective system (Eddie Quinns – The Approach) seminar attendees can learn all that is needed to know in one 4 hour session. This method is taught worldwide to the members of the public, police, the military, personal protective guard etc and was used to teach small groups of protective guards to the national teams in the London 2012 Olympics.
Self defence seminars can be tailored to a groups needs, with a concentration on the physical side, the legal side or the personal awareness side as required. The default 4 hour seminar covers all of this and more.
Available in Aberdeen and surrounding areas, will also travel across Scotland for group bookings upon request.

These seminars are run regularly – contact to find out when the next seminar is scheduled.
I am available for corporate bookings/events, as well as any other group booking, the limit on the self defence seminars is 12 people.
The Taekwon-Do is also by request.
