In our classes we cover techniques from a wide range of arts including boxing, kickboxing, thai boxing, wrestling and BJJ with a heavy emphasis on transitioning from one range to another allowing you to use all of the techniques as effectively as possible.
We cater for everyone in our sessions, from complete beginners to experienced martial artists looking for extra training, whether you’re just looking to get fit or if you have aspirations of one day stepping into the cage we will do our best to help you acheive your goals.
Head Instructor Wayne Poulter is fully qualified and insured through the British Combat association and has been DBS (formerly CRB criminal record bureau) checked and trained in first aid. Wayne is a double MAI Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee and a holder of three Black belts including;
Real Combat System – Geoff Thompson.
Judo – British Judo Association.
Kick Boxing – Full Contact.
