Brigg Kickboxing was established to teach the martial art of Kickboxing. Kickboxing is a physical sport martial art which works a lot on fitness.
Welcome to Brigg Kickboxing. My name is Rob Bird and I am a 1st Dan Kickboxer. I am the Chief Instructor of Brigg Kickboxing. I took the decision to open my own school when a fantastic opportunity arose. I have and still will be undertaking my own training under the watchful eye of my Master, Master Richard Smith and the UFKKA, WAKO and BTA.
I am fully insured by BTA and Wako, I also carry a Enhanced CRB and are willing to show these at anybody’ request.
My aim with the club is to promote health and fitness, self defence, discipline, self control, self respect and respect to others as well as keeping it fun and interesting. For those that want it we will be entering competitions although this is not compulsory.
1st sessions are free, please come down and have a no obligation try out.
