This club is affiliated to The Ki Federation of Great Britain, a non-profit making organization whose aims are to cultivate and develop co-ordination of mind and body using the principles of Ki, and to teach Ki Aikido to its members.
In the Art of Ki Aikido there is no aggression, tension or competition. Classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and may be practiced equally by men and women of any size, age or ability. The purpose of the practice is to learn to co-ordinate our mind and body, through enjoyable exercise, and this will then enhance the quality of our lives.
5th Dan Sensei Steve Pearce has practiced Aikido since 1984. his students have included an Anglican Priest, a Roofer, School Teacher, Doctor, Photographer, Civil Engineer, Nurses, a Kitchen Manager and a University IT Manager.

Programs & Class Schedule
Once Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted, you can come at any time; there is no course start/end date.
Each 2-hour Thursday class costs £5.
For insurance reasons, you need to apply for membership before stepping onto the mat.
Yearly Membership Fees:
ADULT (17 & OVER) £38
(If a member is still studying at 17 years old they can
claim the unemployed until they cease studying and gain
employment or reach the age of 21)
JOINT MEMBERSHIP £60
(two cohabiting people – up to teachers discretion)
UNEMPLOYED £25
YOUTH £18
DISABLED £18 (DOCTORS LETTER REQUIRED)
SENIOR CITIZEN £18 (Age 65 and over)
