Chang’s Hapkido Academy Harrow teaches the traditional Korean martial art of Hapkido, a defensive non-contact system that uses kicks, strikes, joint locks, throws, and more.
It’s a fun new way to exercise that’s perfect for anyone wanting to improve their physical skill and mental discipline in a welcoming environment. You will also develop self-awareness through meditation. It’s suitable for any gender or fitness level – no prior experience necessary.

Programs & Class Schedule
Classes take place every Tuesday, 7.30 pm to 8.30 pm, at Vaughan Primary School, The Gardens, Harrow, HA1 4EL. The school is a short walk from West Harrow Tube station.
Students must be aged 16 years or over.
We offer free taster classes for anyone wanting to try out a session. Sign-up is via standing order and a fixed monthly payment plan, which can be cancelled at any time. No contract required.
