There a lot of Karate clubs and Instructors out there! … So why choose me? My name is Neil Mann and I am an ex military and a professional Fitness, Martial Arts and self defence instructor. I hold a 6th Dan black belt in Karate and cover Verwood, Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas. So whether it’s personal fitness training, learning to defend yourself, learn or improve your karate, I have the expertise and many years experience that will make all the difference.
I have run classes in the area for over 30 years at various local Leisure centres, Schools and Church halls with over 50 years experience. With a noticeable increase in violent attacks and knife crime and stabbings on our streets today. Experience and expertise will make all the difference! Make sure your not paying ridiculous amount of money to do something that looks like Karate, because one day, your life may depend on it.
All classes are mixed with both adult and children, both male and female. Children can start at 7 yrs (as a guide). We look forward to hearing from you – either phone or email – the links are on our website.

Our Verwood class is every Saturday at the Parish Centre from 10:00 – 11:30 am
First two classes are FREE
Then Pay As You Go (PAYG) or join our Pay Monthly Option and pay even less. T&C’s apply
