Ed Parker’s American Kenpo instils a strong sense of respect for others, but most importantly a strong sense of respect for yourself. The main aim of American Kenpo is street combat effectiveness, in today’s society American Kenpo is an investment in personal safety for the very young to the not quite so young. The art of American Kenpo is like a bespoke suit, tailored around the needs of the individual, and cut in such away to enhance their abilities. This fascinating fighting art is supported by our experience in Russian Systema.
The head instructor is 7th degree Black Belt Professor Andy Seatherton, who has over 40 years of martial arts experience, and has been teaching Kenpo for 35 of those years.

Programs & Class Schedule
Classes run every Wednesday and Thursday from
Wednesday
7pm to 8pm – Family Class (Mum or Dad trains for free in this class with a paying child) 5 to 12 years of age
8pm to 9:30pm – ages 13 to Adult all ranks
9:30pm to 10pm – Senior Black Belts only
Thursday
7pm – 8pm – Children 5 to 12 years of age
8pm to 9:30pm – ages 13 to Adult all ranks
9:30pm to 10pm – Senior Black Belts only
We operate through the school holidays
Pay as you train, annual membership required in addition.
