Join our World Taekwondo class on Mondays 8-9 pm at The Old
School next to the church. Dansim Taekwondo is a member of BTA British Taekwondo
Association. Learn new skills, upgrade to Black Belt and
beyond. Very good training for motivation, confidence, personal
safety, self defence. Train at your own pace from Master Gail
Williams 6th Dan, who has been training since 1995. Learning
to last a lifetime.
Age 5 years upwards, all ages including adults in a safe space.
£5. per session per person. Training together.

Programs & Class Schedule
Monday 8-9 pm
£5. per person per lesson
Age 5 years up, no age limit
No contract pay each lesson via bank transfer or cash
We learn traditional techniques and also HIIT for cardio
Elements learned are hand and foot techniques, self defence,
sparring no contact, semi contact and contact. Dansim
Taekwondo is a mixed class safe space to train.
It’s good for confidence and mental health, endurance,
fitness and strength. World Taekwondo is the Olympic style
sparring and only punch to the chest not the head. If you
think you would like to have a go come and train. You
might have a black belt 3 years later and knowledge
to last a lifetime.
