Eggbuckland Shotokan Karate Club (ESKC) is run by sensei Georgina Vincenc, a qualified instructor with over 30 years of experience practicing and teaching traditional shotokan karate and self-defence. Georgina regularly competes on international level, reaching medal places in European and World championships, and her students have successfully competed in the prestigious Legend Open competition. As well as a seasoned competitor, Georgina is also qualified international referee and grading examiner.
The club provides a nurturing environment for budding martial artists of any age and gender, and also caters for those with previous experience. The sessions are tailored to each student’s respective needs, and balance discipline with fun to facilitate learning. Club members have regular opportunities to participate in national and international competitions and seminars.
