We run family classes of Tang Soo Do from ages 4 and over. The classes are taught by Mr Cooke who is a 3rd Dan Black belt instructor. He has been practicing Tang Soo Do for over ten years and a successful martial arts school for over 5 years.
We welcome all levels of fitness and experience. We have fun whilst teaching you self defence, leadership skills, martial art forms and basic fitness.
