Kuk Sool won is a systematic study of all of the traditional fighting arts, which together comprise the martial arts history of Korea. As a martial arts system, Kuk Sool Won is extremely well-organised; and seeks to integrate and explore the entire spectrum of established asian fighting arts and body conditioning techniques, as well as mental development and tradition weapons training.
Lead instructor Rachel Whiting has been training for 16 years and is a 3rd Degree black belt. Rachel has also won several UK and European titles and also is a World Champion.
We have a great team of instructors who will help you develop your martial arts skills at your own pace.
Our club is very family orientated, it is disciplined but also fun and welcoming.

Programs & Class Schedule
Kuk Sool Won of Felixstowe is a pay as you train club, with no monthly direct debits.
It is held on Tuesday evening at Brackenbury sports centre.
6.00pm – 6.45pm Junior beginners
6.30pm – 7.15pm Junior intermediate & Advanced
7.00pm – 8.00pm – All Adults.
To join the class children must be Six years or over.
