At our Kungfu club we practice the martial arts of “Chaquan (Longfist)”, “Baguazhang” and “Military Sanda”. Join us and enjoy greater health, happiness, personal safety, and peace of mind. Explore the mystery, pragmatism, and beauty of these martial arts for yourself.
We cover all aspects of the Martial Arts. This includes striking, grappling, throwing, groundwork, conditioning, and qigong – distinctly balanced with an emphasis on building exceptional fitness, character, and confidence.
Classes are taught by Sifu John Spak. Sifu Spak has a long history of winning competitions in both “Traditional Forms” and “Professional Kickboxing” and is a master of “Internal Martial Arts”. Sifu has been training and teaching for almost 50 years and is one of the true pioneers in making authentic Kungfu accessible to us in the West.
