John and Sue, along with help from their three children, run the Garstang branch of North West Taekwondo (NWTKD). They hold three classes per week, Saturday being the main traditional class, Wednesday aimed predominately at fitness and sparring with a Friday class which is aimed at the younger members and their family, starting from four years and up.
