Instructors are trained to deliver structured classes which cater for the requirements of all students’ abilities and age groups. Our modern take on teaching allows students to learn traditional Martial Arts philosophies such as respect, discipline and dedication alongside Martial Arts techniques in a safe, fun and dynamic atmosphere. We have classes 6 days a week for children and adults. Classes consist of Kickboxing and Kung Fu training with element of fitness and self-defence incorporated.
