Welcome to Grundy part Karate club.Come along and try our easy to follow step by step beginners course,taught by fully qualified black belt instructors.Our senior Instructor has been teaching for over 20 yrs. All our Instructors are CRB checked.
Classes are friendly and fun.You do not need to be fit to start & as our excercise programme increases gradually over the weeks.Learn to defend yoursself & improve your self confidence,become more supple and improve your stamina and strenth,in a friendly club athmosphere.
