We are based in South Lancaster but have various venues throughout the district. The Principle Instructor is Andrea Carbon, 3rd Dan with more than 26 years of experience. Affiated to the World Traditional Karate Organisation, headed by Japan Karate Association Instructor School graduate, Sensei Richard Amos, 7th Dan, we are a family friendly club that prides itself on providing access and instruction for all. We are fully licensed, insured and background checked. Whether you are looking for traditional training or competition, there is something for everyone here. First class is free, followed by a highly competitive promotional introductory period to give you a good taste of what karate is all about. Please contact us for further information.

Tuesdays 4:15 – 5:15 Juniors and 6:30 – 8 pm Regular Karate @ Bowerham School, Lancaster
Wednesdays 4 pm – 4:45 pm Juniors Beginners and 4:45 pm – 5:30 pm Junior Experienced @ St. Chad’s/7:15 pm Regular Karate @ Bowerham School
Thursdays 6 pm – 6:50 pm Zoom (online class) All ages and grades
Fridays 4.30 – 5:15 Family Karate / 5.15 – 6 pm Weekly Workshop @ Bowerham School
