The Dojo is a place to cultivate your Peaceful Warrior, with Head Instructor Cathy Campbell 6th dan, 30 year Martial Artist under the guidance of Eihachi Ota.
This facility is designed to provide a safe, well equipped learning experience, whether you are a novice or advanced student.
Physical Conditioning is a very important aspect of Karate training as well as the Mental Aspects.With your training you can expect to improve Flexibility, Stamina, Focus and Concentration, Core Strength and Self Discipline .
We offer a flexible Schedule, with options of being, a committed full time student attending up to 6 days per week or a recreational student of once per week to enhance or compliment your other interests.
