We know there are plenty of ladies out there who want the amazing benefits of martial arts such as Fitness, Self Confidence & Weight Loss but you want it without the man Sweat!!
If you do we also do a mixed adults class 
The classes are the same as the mixed class as we know you won’t want any special treatment and can work as hard as the men…..say they can.
Each class is fun , enjoyable and pushed you enough to make you grow without breaking you down.
There is no sparring (unless you would like another class for it) just plenty of Pad work , hard work and laughs.
We do follow a national grading syllabus so you will be able to achieve Black Belt Excellence. Do not think you can’t I know I can train anyone to achieve this again with no special favours it will be hard work however nothing with having is easy.
