ISKF is a traditional Japanese Karate style which is derived from the Shito Ryu and Shokokai styles. The Chief Instructor of ISKF is Shihan Barry Stranack, who is an 8th Dan and currently lives in South Africa. This style also incorporates self defence and sport karate, or free fighting techniques and is open to all ages, young and old.
ISKF is an officially registered Club with the English/European Karate Organisation (E.K.O.)
Rob Landau is a 5th Dan and Chief Instructor of ISKF in England and started practicing Karate in 1974.
