I started training in Ju Jitsu in 1995.I have been a professional full-time instructor for 21 years
with clubs in Norfolk & Suffolk.
Established clubs in Thetford, Brandon, Dereham, RAF Lakenheath & Watton.
I have been and continue to represent martial arts for The Presidents Sporting Club, which gives disabled children the opportunity to engage in various sporting activities.
Ju Jitsu can teach realistic self-defence, regardless of age, build or sex.
Our classes will allow those wishing to join, the opportunity to progress to different grades or to continue training at a level or pace that will suit the individual.
Classes will contain a mixture of fitness and techniques and will be suitable for all levels.
There is no pressure on any individual to progress unless they wish to.
