Welcome to Kuk Sool Won of Weston Super Mare. We are a family that have all trained together and have all obtained black belts in the traditional Korean martial art of Kuk Sool Won.
Kuk Sool Won incorporates kicks, punches, forms, breaking, break falls, self defence techniques, meditation and at a higher level various weapons. You will see an improvement in you (or your child’s) fitness, flexibility, strength, stamina, confidence, self-esteem and focus whilst having fun and making friends, First two lessons are free.
Nigel and Alison are both second degree black belts and have trained for over 10 years. together We both travelled to Korea in 2013 to learn more about the roots of this fabulous martial art system. We are registered, insured and hold DBS certificates.

Classes are suitable for everyone from the age of 6 and no upper limit. Any fitness level. We have a joining fee and a competitive monthly contract.
