The classes teach all of the rich tradition of the Korean Village and Family martial arts, the Buddhist Monks martial arts and the Royal Court Army martial arts.
It includes kicking, punching, proper falling techniques, self defence techniques, traditional forms and movement, breathing exercises, meditation and at higher levels weapons training disciplines.
Instructors Les and Fiona Fox both 2nd degree black belts with over 10 years training in Kuk Sool Won and currently testing for 3rd degree. They are registered, fully insured, CRB checked, First Aid and SAFE (Safe Activities For Everyone) trained.

Programs & Class Schedule
Adults and children 6 years and above are welcome as students. Many parents find that they enjoy the time spent training with their children in our friendly atmosphere.
Classes of this Traditional Korean Martial Art run on Tuesday at 6.15 – 7.30pm and Fridays at 6.30 – 7.45pm, at Swaffham Leisure Centre Brandon Road PE37 7DY.
Your first class is FREE and 4 free classes on joining
Classes cost £5.00 for adults and £3.50 for under 16 year olds.
Insurance, registration and first Uniform is £40.00, this includes four free classes when joining.
