Kumo Jiu Jitsu was created by Hanshi Darrell LaFrance (9th Dan)and incorporates both standing and ground techniques including strikes (punches and kicks), joint locks, pressure points, throws, take downs, and grappling (ground fighting). Kumo Jiu Jitsu relies completely on technique rather than strength which enables a smaller weaker person to easily defend themselves against a larger, stronger attacker.
