Traditional Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan is the complete art. It has deep historical and family roots and unlike many Tai Chi styles and schools has remained true to its heritage by keeping the health, meditative and martial aspects intertwined, retaining the way it was originally meant to be practiced. You will be taught step-by-step in a supportive environment. You will learn multiple forms, qi gong, push hands and if you choose, the martial applications and weapons forms.
Have fun improving your fitness from the inside out, building your internal resilience and de-stressing. Learn step-by-step to coordinate your body, breath and energy into one powerful force.
You will feel vital, relaxed and refreshed while learning to apply tai chi principles for self-cultivation and self-defence.
