Ryukyu karate is a traditional style of Okinawan karate which has been in England since 1958 and is suitable for male and females from the age of 5 years of age. Everyone is welcome to train with us including students and teachers of other styles. Confidence building, Weight loss, Fitness training, Self defence, Own safety awareness training, Anti bullying, No upper age limit as everyone learns at their on pace. Ryukyu Karate is for everyone whatever your age, size or weight

Thursday Evenings 7 pm to 9.00 pm no contract required minimum age 5. Children Kids Karate age 5 to 11 7 pm to 8 pm . Adults 7 pm to 9 pm Cost £2.00 per hour. FIRST LESSON FREE
