Our school believes the guiding principle that all Martial Arts are basically the same in their mode of operation and as such we practice a number of traditional Japanese martial arts (budo) as one art form.
Our aim is to develop individuals who have self-control, confidence and discipline through non-violent dedicated study. The emphasis is on relaxed, flowing movements.
