Samjae Taekwondo is an Olympic-Style Taekwondo School serving the communities of Paradise, Mount Pearl and Conceptions Bay South. We have a broad range of programs the will take you from the first steps of a Beginner all the way up to Black Belt, and we teach students from age 4 upwards. On your journey you’ll learn a huge range of strikes (kicks + punches!), blocks and Poomsae (Kata or Forms!). We’ll also teach you how to put it all together in a useful form – whether you’re using it to spar in class, compete in a tournament, or even if needed to defend yourself. As you grow with us you’ll develop self-control and perseverance in our welcoming, traditionally-structured environment – along with the self-confidence that comes with it.
Head Instructor is Ian Crocker, 5th Dan Master, Kukkiwon Certified.
