SDSA-UK bring weekly self defence classes to women and children, as well as private one-to-one training for anyone who wishes for it, and talks and courses run at local schools, clubs and other groups.
Our aim is to equip ‘average’ members of society with the necessary skills and knowledge to help them stay safe in that big wide world of ours, whilst having fun doing it!
Training is carried out by 3 qualified instructors, both male and female, with a great mix of experience in tae kwon do, GKR karate, sepoy karate, kickboxing and more!
You are welcome to just drop by at one of our weekly Sunday morning classes (10.30-11.30) for a FREE trial lesson, or get in touch via email or phone.
